Roles
Swiftsell has two member roles:| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — manage all settings, automations, campaigns, contacts, and members |
| Agent | Can view and respond to conversations in Live Chat; cannot change settings or manage other members |
Inviting a member
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person’s email address.
- Select their role (Admin or Agent).
- Click Send Invite.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear in a Pending section. You can:- Resend — send the invitation email again
- Revoke — cancel the invitation before it’s accepted
Changing a member’s role
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Click the … menu next to the member.
- Select Change Role.
- Choose the new role and confirm.
Removing a member
- Go to Settings → Members.
- Click the … menu next to the member.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the removal.
