Roles

Swiftsell has two member roles:
RolePermissions
AdminFull access — manage all settings, automations, campaigns, contacts, and members
AgentCan view and respond to conversations in Live Chat; cannot change settings or manage other members

Inviting a member

  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person’s email address.
  4. Select their role (Admin or Agent).
  5. Click Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and set up their account. The invitation expires after 7 days — resend if needed.

Pending invitations

Invitations that haven’t been accepted yet appear in a Pending section. You can:
  • Resend — send the invitation email again
  • Revoke — cancel the invitation before it’s accepted

Changing a member’s role

  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click the menu next to the member.
  3. Select Change Role.
  4. Choose the new role and confirm.

Removing a member

  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click the menu next to the member.
  3. Select Remove.
  4. Confirm the removal.
Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their past conversation responses remain visible in the conversation history. Any conversations currently assigned to them become unassigned.
  • Teams — group agents into teams for conversation routing
  • Talk to Agent block — route bot conversations to specific agents or teams
