Workspace name

Your workspace name is displayed throughout the Swiftsell interface and in email notifications sent to agents. To update it:
  1. Go to Settings → General.
  2. Edit the Workspace Name field.
  3. Click Save.

Compliance settings

Swiftsell includes optional compliance controls to help you adhere to messaging regulations (GDPR, TCPA, etc.):

Opt-out handling

When enabled, Swiftsell automatically detects common opt-out keywords (e.g., “STOP”, “Unsubscribe”) in incoming WhatsApp messages and marks the contact as opted out. Opted-out contacts are excluded from future campaigns. To enable: toggle Automatic opt-out detection in General Settings.

Data retention

Configure how long conversation history and contact data are retained. After the retention period, older data is automatically deleted.
Data retention settings affect all conversations and contacts in the workspace. Consult your legal team before changing these settings.

Delete workspace

Deleting a workspace permanently removes all data — contacts, conversations, automations, campaigns, and settings. This action cannot be undone. To delete the workspace, contact Swiftsell support. Workspace deletion is not available self-serve to prevent accidental data loss.
