Prerequisites
- A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) registered through Meta
- Admin access to your Meta Business Manager
- A verified phone number added to your WhatsApp Business Account
Step 1 — Sign up for Swiftsell
- Go to dashboard.swiftsellai.com and create an account.
- Enter your workspace name (e.g., your company name).
- You’ll land on the dashboard — your workspace is ready.
Step 2 — Connect your WhatsApp account
Follow the Connect WhatsApp guide to link your WhatsApp Business Account. You’ll need to:- Collect your App ID, Phone Number ID, and WABA ID from Meta Developers.
- Generate a System User access token with the required Graph API permissions.
- Enter those credentials in Settings → WhatsApp and configure the webhook.
Step 3 — Build your first automation
- In the sidebar, navigate to Automation.
- Click New Bot and give it a name (e.g., “Welcome Bot”).
- Click the Start Flow block to configure which WhatsApp number triggers this bot.

Add a Message block and type a welcome message, for example:
- Click Deploy to make the bot live.
Step 4 — Test it
Send a message from any WhatsApp number to your connected business number. You should see:- The incoming message appear in Live Chat.
- The bot’s automated reply arrive within seconds.
Step 5 — Import your audience (optional)
To send campaigns to existing customers:- Go to Audience and click Import.
- Upload a CSV with at least a
phonecolumn (E.164 format, e.g.,+14155552671). - Map columns to contact attributes and complete the import.
